As part of the requirement for our first aid/First Aid certification we had to watch a Red Cross DVD with about 25 different crisis situations. It was too realistic -- might as well have been a home video. I suggested afterwards we go out to dinner and order something with a lot of tomato sauce. Or ketchup.
