Dow ended up over 12 thousand but dipped below that. Weather is mostly sunny but cooler. I saw gas prices as low as $3.33/gallon at a Sunoco station on Lee Highway in Falls Church. Still pretty tired, I probably need to regulate my sleep schedule more.
