THE PASSION OF THE, UM....?

A job web site asks "are you in the right job? Are happy? Are you making enough money? Are you passionate about what you're doing?"

What is "happy," really? And as for passion, no, I really don't feel passionate about what I'm doing. Maybe that's the problem.
