...the total cost, the tip, transportation/parking, you can't afford the massage, tarot reading, luncheon, dinner, etc. Unless it's your birthday, anniversary or going-away party, don't expect your friends to pick you up and drop you off at your front door AND pay your tab.

And don't expect the massage therapist/tarot reader to reimburse you for parking after taking a loss for letting you pay with American Express. Thank you.
